OUR AGENTS
Joe has been a lifelong native of Houston and is an alumnus of the University of Houston, where he graduated with a bachelor's in accounting. Since then, he has accomplished a fulfilling and diversified career which has granted him a significant amount of practical experience. Joe spent the first 16 years of his professional career in banking, where he became qualified as a certified public accountant, and now has over two decades of experience as the owner of his own agency.

While not in the office, he enjoys spending time with his family, which includes includes his wife Terrie, three children, and two beloved grandchildren. Joe is also a big football fan and can be found cheering on both his Houston Cougars and Texans.
JOE WARDELL
ALICIA ALMENDERES
Alicia began her career in insurance in 2008 and has since become licensed in P&C, General Lines, Life, Health & HMO. Alicia established a successful reputation in the Houston insurance industry as Vice President for 8 years before deciding to resign to focus her attention on growing her family. Alicia joined The Wardell Group in 2016 and continues her education by enrolling in numerous business classes on leadership, management, and advanced insurance classes.
Alicia received the Personal Insurance High Achiever Award from Travelers Insurance for Southeast Region in 2012 for her role in management and growing the Travelers business for the agency. In September of 2015 she received her Texas Independent Advisor Designation from the IIIAT.

WILLIAM WARDELL
Although his educational career began at Baylor University, like several other members of his family, Will is a University of Houston Cougar. His career in insurance officially began in 2015 when he first became a licensed producer, but Will has spent most of his life around the family business. He specializes in the personal lines side of insurance with primarily home and auto.

Will likes to spend most of his time with family and friends, both of whom are very important to him. In addition, he enjoys playing the guitar and is a big fan of Houston's three major teams, the Rockets, Texans, and Astros.
