Megan's path in business began with a dual Magna Cum Laude degree in Finance and International Business. She continued to obtain a Certification in Financial Planning, at UH.
​
Her career in insurance began 2010 and she has since become licensed in Property, Casualty, and General Lines.
​
In her spare time she enjoys teaching Yoga, Ayurveda Medicine and running.

Joe Wardell Jr.
Joe has been a lifelong native of Houston and is an alumnus of the University of Houston, where he graduated with a bachelor's in accounting. Since then, he has accomplished a fulfilling and diversified career which has granted him a significant amount of practical experience. Joe spent the first 16 years of his professional career in banking, where he became qualified as a certified public accountant, and now has over two decades of experience as the owner of his own agency.

While not in the office, he enjoys spending time with his family, which includes includes his wife Terrie, three children, and two beloved grandchildren. Joe is also a big football fan and can be found cheering on both his Houston Cougars and Texans.
William Wardell
Although his educational career began at Baylor University, like several other members of his family, Will is a University of Houston Cougar. His career in insurance officially began in 2015 when he first became a licensed producer, but Will has spent most of his life around the family business. He specializes in the personal lines side of insurance with primarily home and auto.

Will likes to spend most of his time with family and friends, both of whom are very important to him. In addition, he enjoys playing the guitar and is a big fan of Houston's three major teams, the Rockets, Texans, and Astros.
Alicia Almenderes
Alicia began her career in insurance in 2008 and has since become licensed in P&C, General Lines, Life, Health & HMO. Alicia has established a successful reputation for herself in the Houston insurance industry as a well esteemed Vice President for 8 years. Upon growing a family, she decided to resign and move to Wardell Insurance Group to be able to work in a more flexible environment. Her goal with this change was to be able to continue working and growing in the insurance industry, while still being able to spend more time raising her younger children.
Alicia has taken numerous business classes on leadership, management, and advanced insurance classes. She received the Personal Insurance High Achiever Award from Travelers Insurance for Southeast Region in 2012 for her role in management and growing the Travelers book of business for the agency. In September of 2015 she received her Texas Independent Advisor Designation from the IIIAT.

Terrie Wardell
Terrie is a licensed agent who holds a BA in finance and management, which she received after attending Houston Baptist University. She has enjoyed a versatile career profile, including time spent in fields such as banking, education, and insurance. In addition to this background, Terrie has also learned a lot from her experience as a small business owner after opening up her own custom design boutique, Lubird Designs.

Terrie enjoys employing her creative side in her free time and attends barre, a group exercise class, several times a week. But most important to her is time spent with her husband Joe and the family they have watched grow during their 31 years of marriage.
